He has front and back vees. The front goes through the steerer of his forks, the back is extra long. If you dont like it then dont use it. Both brakes work fine, maybe a bit of friction in the front one, but they work fine. This is not freestyle bmx, but it is also not illegal to do whatever the fuck you want on a bike, so don't go giving people shit for not doing the same as everyone else.

If somone asks what is the point in doing it what should i say. It works realy well and you should do it. The fact is it makes absolutly no positive difference. He has it the same reason some unamed canberratrials riders drilled their mech. It has absolutly no purpose, saves less then a gram, but it looks cool.

It allows him to do more unique, technical tricks that offer a different, more aesthetically pleasing style to the often repititive nature of normal biketrials. That is what you should have said.
