joel just came over to give me the booster and lever and even though i'm not supposed to to outside i was so excited so i did anyway. the lever is good - mushy but strangely enough more powerful than the old one which was identical but upside down. the booster is INCREDIBLE! the holes you had drilled fit my frame perfectly (well maybe 0.001mm off). I didn't put those washers back on because i thought the booster would do what they were there to do, and also the cylinder does not touch the booster so it's all good. but now i can't believe how stiff my brakes are! i didn't think they could get that stiff.
