has anyone got a shitty road cassette with a 20 and 19 tooth chainring (fixed) and maybe a shite chain they could give/lend me so i can experiment with gearing?? cheers, that would be good Alex

um don't you have a king now alex? you should know that if individual cogs are bolted together (with spacers in between - like most cassettes) it will still bite into your king as if you were running them unbolted...only stuff that is on a CARRIER or a WIDE BASE like your king kog will work on your hub - don't let anyone tell you that the force is 'evenly distributed' or anything like that - due to the cogs being bolted together - it makes next to no difference - trust me I have dig marks in my freehub body :-)

he only wants to experiment, so i dont think it would damage his hub in such a short time, would it? i'd like to help you but i havnt got any spare ones, and the one i have now cannont be taken apart. i think alexpv might have bits of one.

mine bit in to the point of needing a hammer and screwdriver to remove - within a single ride - don't overestimate the hardness of the aluminium shell - it's very soft and you put a lot of torque through that particular part
