the sections were hard but that didnt mean i didnt enjoy them. I think every one had not to many hard moves untill the middle/end and that was good because even if your score didnt show it you still got a fair bit of riding in. And simon would you have enjoyd the comp more if your brakes worked, GRIND IT! if you have a drill i can give you a little stone thing to use in it. I have to give it to sean first though. Who is up for a big ride on sat/sun this weekend? Anywhere would be good, be it tuggers, woden, civic, belco or somwhere out in the bush with natural, pine island?

yeah give us that drill thing. i'll grind my new rim which i ordered today. allong with your green chainring which i dont know why you want one and my gold one to match my gold bars. i'm up for a ride, but i dont know how to get to pine island, so it'll have to be civic or something.

i am up for a ride on saturday......in civic or something......dont like natural(even though i have never tried it.....just seems boring).....hehe.....i am riding heaps now with my new bike.......and i will be coming on the friday ride this friday coz i dont have hockey!!(if any1 cares).....and i will probably start coming on all of them.....just a bit later at like 7.30 or 8.00 straight from the lyhanem hockey centre coz i am riding trials only now.......no more freeride for seb......considering the way i havnt been jumping for about a month and the last time i did i stacked EVERY SINGLE JUMP i did......which was d**n poor.....good thing i had a helmet.....which i have now broken....hehe.....getting new one on friday......i managed to land on it after hopping off the picnic table with my helmet sitting on the side....then i just ended up destroying it completely coz it was fun and it was already broken....but that didnt matter.....hmmmmmm......sorry i didnt make it 2 the comp.....(again if anyone cares).....i didnt have enough money to enter coz i bought my bike the day be4 and that ended up being $1000....instead of like $800-$900

Hey Seb, try writing in sentences where you only use one full stop as opposed to 5, its really much easier to read. Secondly, when you actually try riding natural you might well realise that it is urban terrain which is considered boring by many due to the 90 degree angles, and the sameness inherent in geometrical features (I'm not saying I think urban riding is boring, (go the manuals) but I sure wouldn't say natural is boring).

hey , is this nick baxter?¿, is yo sis ad (elaide) ?¿, hehe, neway, i guess natural could be good , if you know some good spots, and if i can actually ride them . do you know how long it takes Mal . Adjusted to fit dereilleur cables?¿, coz i think that i scraped the casing or watever and now the cable is all poved up and the dereileur is all screwy stuff , and the cable looks like it will snap soon,

Mals will take about 5 mins to fit a der cable however they are quite busy so they may not be able to do it right away. Here is my tip. Take the cable out, to do this put the shifter in either 1st or 8th, depends on the shifter, undo the allen bolt on your der and take the cable out of there. Cut off the crimp and pull all the cable through all your outers. Then take the cable out of your shifter, somtimes you poke it thorough a little hole on the otherside. Pull it all through and then cut the cable about 5cm away from the little button thing that held it into the shifter. Then thread that through your barrel adjuster on the der and put it through the allen bolt and do it up. Then pedal the bike while pushing up on the deraliuer so it changes up the gears, when the right gear is selected stop pedaling. Make the cable realy tight between the barrel adjuster and the allen bolt. Then do the final last adjustments with the barrel adjuster.

hey alex hmmmm, sounds complicated. i will be all complaining 2 mals coz i just bought the dereilleur a week ago and all, and they had better fix it ! or i will be cut. otherwise i will live with it on friday, i will just have 2 never change gears again until i get the new cable. and if it snaps i will stab someone in the head and then kick them

Seb,
If mal's installs a derailleur and the cable gets damaged later on it's not their fault...derailleur/cable installation is impossible to screw up, so simple it is, therefore failure is simply bad luck on your part or mistreatment on your part... not their fault...
anyway...yeah you just need a new length of cable outer from what I saw on friday...that piece of metal poking out of your dropout doesn't help with damaging cable either...should be OK though...they'll charge you $1 max for the cabling, probably nothing...
