it took less then 10 mins to take frame apart, take rear wheel off, take brake calliper off, take bb out, undo bolt holding forks on, done.

how do u take bb's out? and what about the chain and der? oh yeah and simo...changing frames is no nusance coz i would be all excited and when i get it all built up id be like YAY!!!  ;D |

bbs u use a similar tool to a sprocket thingy. chain - chain breaker/power link

Well im putting this down to sabotage at fassi but after the fassi comp i had no bolt holding my hanger so that was already undone, yeah, i hade to break the chain aswell. But its realy fukn easy. However changhing bikes is much much harder because you have to set every thing up agian, brakes need to be re aligned, you need to take your headset cups out, i left them in. Put headset cups back in......

nooooo!! i cant brake my chain again ive already dont it twice when i went single speed be4 my chain will snap!!! how do u get headset cup out? and bb's out? u need special tools?

for headset you need hammer and screwdriver
for bb you need a tool
yes, your chain goes through your rear triangle so you have to break it, you will see what i mean when you come to that stage.

grrr, shit! who knows how much a new chain is? i dont wanna kill myself thru broken chain! shimano HG narrow i am thinking of...they ROCK this is the chain im using and its been broken apart and had links taken out and put back in twice, and still hasnt snapped, im just getting a bit too sketchy about it 2 keep using it .

sram are ok they are about 40 bucks?
wippermann connex - better than sram? i think so, but who knows maybe theyre worse or the same, the worst 9 speed connex chain - the 900 costs 45 from phantom cycles (i got joel to order me one last time), and thats an ok chain, although joel broke his recently at the power link. I used to have a 904 - steel inner plates and nickel outer plates - it came with my bike when i bought it, lasted ages, and i didnt look after it at all so it was in shit condition, but it broke 'jra' on the way to hawker rocks. that costs 53 i think from phantom cycles.

Well despite my logo, im using a shitmano no name cant be botherd looking came on my bike. Yes, this is a realy shitty shitmano chain that has been split and rejoined countless times, i dont have a power link. It has lasted since august last year. I will get a cheap sram next.
I Realy am an idiot but hey its outlasted most other peoples chains and im not the heaviest bastard.
