They ("construction" workers) are doing that everywhere in Sunbury, all these cool little places where the rocks are hiding in the ground 
They have made for some good riding though, but then they crush them up and dump them somewhere. I have pics of the best thing to do with these rocks at home, I will post them here or on OTN tonight for all of you swing cats.
