I thought we may as well make a list of stuff to be done and what has been done, for other comps in particular. Ill print off some flyers and stick them up / hand them out at work. Craig, do we have gate keys? Alex, add my yours and craigs no. to flyer.

OK well I'm working on the saturday but I'm planning on coming out early on the saturday - as well as doing whatever I can throughout the week. I will be riding sport class so I can help provide a balanced view of section-setting

I'll bring a toolbox as well, and will see if I can get some tubes from Mal's to be paid for afterwards if they're needed.

The flyer has been updated and posted on Canberratrials. I think I have a cd player/radio but whether or not it's powerful enough I don't know. does anyone own a generator?

tomac, dont worry about the tubes. no one comes for the prizes anyway, if we have heaps of cash left over we should have a cash purse or sommat.

The plan for section setting is to start tomorrow, i was thinking about going at dawn, we will see, but definatly going after work, will be there at about 3:30pm. I have all the gear we need, if any one wants to come, please do.

Joel: Can you please buy / find / steal / whatever some thin bunting for the start gates?

Craig said you had some i think?

sweet - I'll get the bunting from work. I was thinking of tubes more as spares than prizes, given how far it is from the nearest shop.

prizes moeny at the end if any
$3.20 from each entrant must go to forestry that will come out of the entry fee
i will have the corc trailer and in that will be a first aid box, tent, tables, chairs, generator, stationary, numbers etc i will pick that up on friday

I set section 1 on sunday arvo. If the rain keeps up im not sure what my plan is, any idea how to stick the markers onto wet rocks? Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow...

friday saturday sunday are forecast to be fine. Which is fine. With the revised directions I might head out there again this week.

Sending the flyer now. PV, if you want to pick me up and take me out to the place any time after 4:30 one day to help with setting then let me know. I'm keen to help and I've done nothing of the sort yet.

Im going out today again at lunchish, probably get there 230. Alex, depending on how today goes i might get you to come out tomorrow evening and show you whats what so you can finish bunting / setting sections / whatever. If any one can come out today that would be great.
