Western Union money transfers are an electronic transfer of funds. kinda like a direct transfer into a bank account, but instead the $$ is collected by a designated person on the other end at a western union agent. it is done through participating australia post shops and other locations worldwide.
just to clear things up welshman is in melbourne.

it is also untraceable and insecure and is the preferred method of funds transfer for scammers.
