Seb,
I have nothing for you and I have the largest collection of VP stuff I know of - just get some new pedals and THINK UCI !!
and keep the bolts tight, check them all the time, carry the small allen key with you on rides if need be, and loctite them before you use them.

you're welcome houn'dawg
if you have no loctite I have some - it is cheap though - also sold as "thread locker" or similar. Genuine loctite brand is a bit more pricey. get the strongest one you can (should be red).
the secret to not stripping the threads is to keep the bolts tight so that they don't jiggle around in the holes, which will damage the threads. Obviously don't overtighten them, because this is just too much mr Universe and stuff and you just can't beat me.
my pedal mod is cool, much better grip now (inner cage totally removed, black paint taken off outer cage, extra spacers added inside to compensate for lack of cage) but perhaps only for UCI pussies like myself.

MR UNIVERSE = Body building comp.
Over Tighten = Strong
pretty obvious i thought.
IF you have stripped the pedal rather than the bolts, jsut get bolts roughly the right size, jam them through, and get a nut in the other side. It wont fit to nicly but tighten it up and they should be fine.
