i have a whole left vp pedal, it is snapped but i zip tied it up quite nicely and it feels completely normal .
also if you want a new pair of vp's mals have them for about $45 .

i called every other bike shop. once someone (i think ash) told me that mal doesn't like VP pedals so he won't sell them, so i assumed that he still doesnt.
I went there and they didn't have any, or at least thats what they said.

shit dude, sorry about that, maybe the guy you talked to was just nyeve (if thats the right word for it) and didnt know what a vp pedal was so he said they diddnt have them, you should always talk to claire, she is helpful . but anyway i went about a week ago and they had them!
