 I'm currently in the process of trying to get some of these suckers either from chainreaction or velo vita? but i was wondering if anyone had any lying around. i have a leak at the fitting between the lever and cable on two hs33's. Only my mod has working brakes. good reason to get myself a Vee mount BT. Alex |

are you sure its the fitting thats broken? i have not seen anything on your brake but it seems strange that something so metal could leak. could it be the hose just messed up around the fitting? if that is the case can you just shorten the hose a tiny bit and refit the olive or whatever its called. Also you could try teflon tape around the threads - you can get it in plumbing sections at a hardware store. just a suggestion

ugh...magura *crucifix*
I might have one to go later in the year, still factory bled, never cut down, TPA broken but it doesn't matter. Proper LH lever as well !

ehem ... mine has the right lever AND a working TPA  like heellooo.. the lever just snapped once even tho i didnt hit it *woot*. magura's recent brakes, even their old models are bollocks even more than before. v's work better  |
