you should supply more info - but I glean from this that you're changing cranks to ISIS and need a new BB (obviously)...you will need to get the same BB width and diameter that you have now, in order to fit into your frame. You may need to lengthen the BB spindle slightly. How much clearance do you currently have between your cranks and your frame? As a general rule ISIS cranks push further onto the BB than square taper ones, so I would recommend (unless you have HEAPS of clearance between cranks and frame) that you go up a size, spindles increase in 3mm increments I think. Of course to do this you need to measure your current one. I used the same size FSA ISIS BB on my zeb as the previous square taper one was and it was fine, but I had plenty of clearance. Mal's will be able to help you size one though - trust Mal's.
Oh and I suggest you buy it from them too, they had plenty in stock when I bought mine and at the same price as the online shops too. And they will install it for your (for $5-$10) if you buy it from them, or I can help you.
