grinding rims

I have a mod and need to grind my rims. What's the best tool
for the job? Which grinding disc is best? Is there a pattern (i.e circular motion, stright up and down) I should follow.

cutting disc is good if you are careful. Grinding disk is more safe but not as good of a grind. Just make ||||||||||| on the rim by kinda brushing untill its covered

i just grinded my rims my breaks were workin heaps well but then my bars decided to break
