tar, the bleck sticky stuff they use on roads/pavements and that . used by trials riders to enhance breaking power(if they are desperate or silly) . it is black in colour, you get it from roads or the spaces in pavements . you use pliers and pull it out of the ground then rub it onto your rim(not too excessively or pads will stick) and then your brakes should be better . tar is silly, but i use it because i have no secret rim goo left and my brakes worked like poo, i need rim goo   |

flashtac weatherproof tape works.you dont stick the tape to the rim.you remove the inner tar section.its just the right texture. ;D
not as tacky as the pavement or road tar!
