hey guys,
yet another non trials related post from me, but just a quick one.
do any of you guys in canbi know how to service the marzocchi bomber suspension forks? ive got a set of the original orange z1's on my kona that (although i think they appear to work fine, could probably do with new oil or something like that as theyve never been serviced (as far as i know) in 6 years. what stuff do i need to service them? how much would it cost, and can anyone please help me do it sometime in late january?
thanks charlie

u just need to get your hands in a bit of fork oil just get some fork oil, i think the stock marz forks have 7.5W fork oil in it, but i personally recommend around 10W oil. You'll just need the old spanners to pop off the caps, take the internals out and give it a good clean, and make sure you put all the parts back in the same way it came out, I have a book that shows how to do service marz forks, and im sure there are 'how-to' guides on mtb related sites i cant remember try www.farkin.net/forumsthe lbs charges around 50 for the service, if you do it yourself, it shouldnt cost you over 20 bucks for the oil.
