i want to buy a front and rear disk brake hub on the cheap side of things to to fit shimano xt any ideas

for trials? rear freewheel or front freewheel? Harley's disc brake front hubs look nice, simple, sealed cartridge bearings etc. < $100.
as for rear freewheel, I just bought a King ISO disc. Will fit your shimano XT :-) But you can't have mine.
you can also get the white industries eno eccentric hub in disc version now. Match with a white industries trials freewheel and you're singing like a mushroom.

just buy any shitty shitmano rear hub and weld it if you want cheapest option ever.

i want to fit them to my old trials frame the DMR sidekick its got my physlo forks and stuff its a kick arse jump bike so not going to be used for trials just some cheap normal hubs with disk mount

hope XC are good. fortheriders.com have aireal hubs, phantomcycles are sure to have something too.
Other than that, cheapest shimano.
