Hey Joel,
Brett sent me my ERD and it's 547mm but using the dtswiss calculator nothing happens. I plug it all in but it doesn't give me an answer. Ideas?

actually it did but how many crossovers/intersections on the left and right?
This is with 2 left and 3 right.
Spoke length precise le. 259.70 mm ri. 264.10 mm rounded (incl. Corrections) le. 259 mm ri. 264 mm

that's exactly what I get with spocalc. Sounds right. You may find that the shop won't have odd numbered spokes so 260 would be fine on the left.
You could honestly use either 2x or 3x on the left and it wouldn't matter too much. for 3x left use 267 or 268mm. 3x both sides will stay truer for longer, the stiffness advantages for 0/1/2x over 3x are mostly for skinny butted spokes.

try to get some electrical tape as well. 45mm is a fairly common width. I think I may have enough in black to do your wheel.
