hmmmm, well i was just thinking coz i have a real short pazzaz stem off my old MTB and i was just thinking if it would go well on my trials bike.....so how would a short stem do? alls i know is that it will be real easy to bunnyhop and lift the the front and that....neway.....?¿

hmm, i dont know if a short stem is the best idea on an already quite short bike. (especially looking at the way most trials bikes are going ie. koxx) as a matter of fact today i was thinking of getting a longer stem cause ive started hitting my leg on my bars when i gap.
a longer stem would make you strech your arms out more, and means you could push your body out further when you extend for gaps.
like for example when you "fuck the stem" - how can i explain... youre pushing your body forward, but the bars stop you, so if you had a longer stem, maybe you could put more power in your moves?
a shorter stem would make it easier to get to back wheel and to manual, bunnyhop, possibly balance on the back wheel, but i doubt it would make you ride much better.
but you have to try everything because thats the best way. if you have a short stem go for it, it takes like a minute to change.

cool, thanks...i will try it now! coz i cant manual for SH1T! and i cant bunnyhop either, i have to pedal . maybe its good for me now and then i will grow out of it and then move 2 long stem?

ok, well i tried three different stems . (the super-short pazzaz one, the super-long kona one, and the one in between that was on my mtb before the pazzaz one) and i got the one in-between . its heaps good, manuals like a dream, bunnyhops just as well, all the rest . i tried the pazzaz extra-short stem and i couldnt hop on the backwheel without loosing ballance and getting really puffed out . neway....thanks for the help....c ya
oh yeah, simon, if u want a longer stem i can sell u my kona stem for really really cheap if u want . like $10 or something .

ok......hmmmmmm, oh yeah, and i was wondering what would happen if i put polish on my rims? would it go with my CRV (yellow) plaz pads?
