Hi, Inviting you to join me at the Round 1, NSW (Motorcycle) TRIALS Championships to be hed in Stromlo Forest on Sunday 30 April; -10 till 4. The location is on the Uriarra Road, (left hand side), about 5km from the Cotter Road and 3km from the Copping Crossing intersection. There will be "TRIALS" signs out on the day This event will include the SHERCO Womens Cup with elite women from ACT and surrounding states competing. Michelle Owen - Australia's number 1 women rider (and currently number 10 in the world) will be there.These event have a strong family focus and entry is free for spectators - with ample parking. (Please leave your dogs at home). Map and directions are on the Trials Club of Canberra's website: www trialsclubofcanberra.asn.au The club's April newsletter will soon be posted on this site. hopefully we will be using this site for our first comp this season joel mr would you be able to make it to have a look to see if its worth us riding there this guy david is also looking for observers for the day if you want give him a ring

I can't observe mototrials - it's far too complex a system! Anyway I may be able to get out there at about 4 - I'm working that day. More than happy to check out the venue on friday though.

I plan on riding Hawker in the morning, we'll see if I bother to go to the comp or not.
Edit - Might go there on my "way" to Hawker and see what's going on.

The loacation looks alright, not good, not shit. I can take people out whenever to have a look but we should be able to set a few sections in the rocks. Not sure if it is optimal though, doesnt touch port elliot.

yeah, looks kind of like mt torrens or whatever, as far as i can tell from the mount torrens pictures. Also rocks are fairly spread out, abit of a ride between each section, not a problem though.
