Howdy, I'm lookin to sell my frame and some parts. Heres what the kit includes: - 2003 Monty Hydra 20" frame (4-bolt)(this frame is alloy and beefy as. much stronger than the previous cro-mo hydras). It is in excellent condition. Only a few small paint scratches. - 2003 Monty 20" cro-mo fork (disc tabs & 4-bolt)(also in excellent condition and really strong) - Bottom bracket (the one that came with the Hydra from the factory - nothing wrong with it) - 2001 steel Monty bar and stem(20"). Your typical long stem and flat bars. Great condition and super strong. $350 and it's all yours. Throw any questions to dan@dg.com.auCheers, Dan. ps: I've also got a couple of complete 20" front wheels (non-disc hubs). one with a Rhyno lite rim and an Alex on the other. I could throw one of these in if needed. pps: I Live in Sydney!

Well maybe everyone isn't as anti-Monty as you Alex Yeah xlites are weaker (i don't know about the 2004 Ti ones though) but remember they are an elite comp design. Weight saving in most sports breeds weakness. At an elite level this does not matter so much! My Hydra is quite different though. It is way stronger even than my old 20" Rhino. Each to their own. Monty is good enough for Benito to sidehop 135cm ;D

im not even that anti monty, i just love stiring up sh*t. But the hydras are a fu*kload beter then the xlites.
Raceline mods seem to be pretty sh*t. Particularly in the bash gaurd area. Stocks break around the bb. If i was a looser, and i did ride mod, i would prefer an xalp to a rhino. What are you going to get?
As you say about Ross. Craig doesnt do to badly on his rhino though. And AK went nuts on his old racline.
Keep it real.

Stir stir stir all u want PV. You know Mod rules Xalps are crap - the Hydra is heaps stronger. Rhino's are better than Xalps too. What am i getting? Nothing. I thought I'd craft a nice sculpture out of the rest of the parts. Put it in the lounge room or something. There is rumour of a new TV series called "Mod eye for the Stock guy". All about converting all you poor 26" riders to 20" bandits. Take it easy.

Jack, I have sent you an email about the Hydra.
For anyone else - yes it comes with a bashguard, and a mini Monty seat!
I also have a Monty brake booster for the rear.
I may also have a headset i can supply with it. I am looking into this.

Hey Jack, Nope it hasn't sold yet. I also have a mate that can supply a rear wheel (non disc) which has been freshly built up with new black spokes. If you are interested shoot me an email to discuss. dan@dg.com.auCheers, Dan.
