Raceline Rhinos are great for beginners, but some of the parts they come with are just crap. This includes (from crappest to not as crap) the bars, stem, freewheel, cranks, brakes. You should be able to get away with most stuff while learning but eventually the bars will snap, freewheel will die, etc. I havnt really seen many prices around but i think rhinos are about 7-800, but you could spend 300 or more on parts, depending on what you want to do to it, but its not a bad bike, Craig Pearce rode one for quite a while (the frame at least)
Montys come with slightly better parts, and will probably last longer, but if you get the cheapest one (cant remember what its called) you'll still want to upgrade once you start getting better.
Another one to look out for is the Progear - I've never heard much about them but they are cheaper than rhinos I think, some bike shops sell them, maybe call around to ask.
You can also have a go at looking for a second hand bike (although stocks will probably be more common than mods second hand), but be careful, you might save heaps if you look part wise, but with second hand bikes the frame will most probably last less, and you never know how it was ridden.. again this shouldnt be too much of a problem when just beginning.
